Every class is rooted in Fun-Damentals, the essential building blocks that help you feel confident, coordinated, and connected on the dance floor. These foundations are woven through all styles, helping dancers of every level move with ease and playfulness.
You do not need a partner to attend — everyone rotates and learns together in a supportive, fun, uplifting environment.
All-Levels Partner Dance – Ongoing Tuesdays at 6:30 (Duncan, Cowichan)
This welcoming class designed for absolute beginners through experienced social dancers.Each week includes:
Core Fun-Damentals: timing, connection, lead/follow principles, musicality
Freestyle training: learning to move naturally without memorizing patterns
Latin & Country flavor: introducing rhythms, shapes, and styling from Salsa, Bachata,
Merengue, Swing, and more
Partner Work & Solo Drills: for complete-body learning
Guided practice, laughter, connection, community

Personalized session for people who want to receive exclusive instruction as a couple.
1) without card: Sliding scale of 60$ - $90 2) Class card: *4 classes - Sliding scale $200 - $320 couple (minimum of $25 per person per class)
